We feature a new state of the art DuPont Color Net computer system and mix system. We can match any color with the spectrum analyzer or the (vindicator) color match computer system. We also have access to the new Hot Hues Color line. Through our new computer system we can access the DuPont color library for older color matching.
We have 3 separate paint booths: one for large vehicles, one for priming and prep painting, and one for high end customs, rods and classics. They offer temperature and humidity control with 5000k balanced lighting.
The custom-built chassis rotisserie also helps provide a consistent finish on all parts of the vehicle in the painting process.
The newly purchased factory DeVilbiss Paint Booth provides a sterile environment for our finish paint process.
Parts are individually restored and painted completely removed from the vehicle to insure complete coverage. Painting is not just cosmetic, it protects the metals from rust. We have turned our old paint booth into our paint prep, priming and isolated assembly area. We do our final detail work in this booth as we finish the project.
